Courses Available for Family Camp Program
The figures above represent the number of class hours per day; each class lasts 45 minutes.
During peak seasons (December–February and July–August), parents are required to attend 3 hours of classes.
Please note that adding extra classes during peak season may not always be possible, depending on local conditions.
After the placement test, classes are organized using textbooks and at a level customized to each individual learner.
Family Camp Course Description
Even if you have enrolled in TOEFL iBT or IELTS classes, if you do not meet the required level after the placement test, you will be moved to the ESL course instead.
If your skills improve during the ESL course, you may transfer to the TOEFL or IELTS class you originally applied for.
ESL classes are also offered as part of the TOEFL and IELTS programs.
Family Camp Timetable Sample
This schedule is only an example and may change depending on local conditions — e.g. class start time (8:00 or 9:00), whether there are morning or afternoon breaks, time-zone differences, etc.
During peak seasons (December–February and July–August), parental attendance in classes is mandatory, and transfers are unlikely.
Systematic Class Management for Family Camp
After the placement test, the head teacher will provide feedback together with the results.
Parents can choose from a variety of textbooks for each level after consulting with the head teacher.
After finishing each textbook, students take a short test to decide whether to review or move on to a new textbook.
Every Friday there is an assessment test to measure how well students have understood the week’s lessons.
At the end of each training session, a level-test evaluation report is provided so you can compare your skills before and after training.
