School Regulations

Student obligations

  1. Students are expected to follow all school rules and announcements. Violations may result in warnings or expulsion.
  2. The student acknowledges all local costs and agrees to pay all locally incurred expenses.
  3. All participants must purchase travel insurance to cover any safety incidents that may occur during the training period

Academy Liability Waiver

  1. The Academy is not responsible for any disadvantages or incidents arising from the actions of individuals.
  2. The Academy (or its agents) will not be liable for any damages or liability arising from flight delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, acts of God, or any circumstances that prevent training from taking place.
  3. The Academy observes designated public holidays in the Philippines, including sudden or unexpected holiday declarations.
  4. The Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from a student's failure to provide the required personal information or to consult with the Academy in advance.

Withdrawals and bans

  1. If you break the rules, you'll be expelled, and you won't get a refund for the rest of the term.
  2. If you're denied boarding or expelled for breaking the rules, you'll also lose your right to a refund.

Organized classroom management for family camps

Student obligations

  1. If students aren't in within 10 minutes of the class start time, the class ends.
  2. If you miss more than three classes due to personal reasons (e.g., exercise, massage, going out of town, etc.), the remaining classes will be canceled. In this case, students must notify the office in advance.
  3. Failure to follow legitimate instructions, including truancy, cheating, vandalism, disruptive behavior, disrespect for native Filipino instructors, early departure, or other behavior that disrupts the learning environment, may result in warning action.
  4. Assigned work must be completed. If you fail to complete assignments more than three times, your instructor may refuse to allow you to continue in the class.
  5. After arrival, classes cannot be postponed or rescheduled for personal reasons. Additional classes are only available after consultation.
  6. Students with physical or mental disabilities must notify us in advance; concealing a relevant condition may result in expulsion.
  7. Students are responsible for all fees incurred for international transfers.

Dormitory regulations

  1. During the training period, students are expected to strictly adhere to the dormitory rules regarding going out and staying overnight.

  2. Once you move into the residence halls, you are expected to stay in your assigned room unless special arrangements are made.

  3. Rearranging or removing furniture or other fixtures is prohibited. Students are responsible for damages (e.g., graffiti, stickers, etc.).

  4. Pets and unauthorized visitors are prohibited in the residence halls, and violations may result in warnings or expulsion.

  5. You must lock your door when you leave the house. The school is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings due to your negligence.

  6. Eating must be done in the dining hall only. You may not take school utensils to your residence hall room. Repeated offenses without prior permission will result in dismissal.

  7. If a room move is necessary for residence hall management reasons (such as repairs or enrollment circumstances), students are expected to comply.

  8. Entering another person's residence hall room without permission is prohibited. Violations may result in a warning, and after three warnings, you will be removed.

  9. Entering rooms of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately without refund.

  10. Creating a disturbance, bringing alcohol into the school, or drinking in a way that is disruptive to others will result in a warning and confiscation of alcohol (no return).

  11. If a student intentionally or negligently damages a residence hall facility, they will be held responsible for the damage.

General rules of conduct and living

  1. Students who receive between one and three warnings may be removed.

  2. Disruptive behavior, including drunkenness, fighting, yelling, vandalism, or disrupting others' learning, may result in a warning or expulsion.

  3. You are responsible for any personal loss or damage caused by your own carelessness. If you damage school property, you will be required to pay the cost of repair or replacement.

  4. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, and violations may result in a warning.

  5. Students caught entering a casino (whether gambling or not), committing theft, or engaging in other illegal behavior will be immediately expelled.

  6. The school accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss or illness that occurs outside of the school (while out and about or traveling).

  7. Poor attitude, disruptive behavior, or other behavior that disrupts the learning environment may result in a warning. Continued inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal.

  8. Students who incite others to engage in inappropriate behavior or damage school property may be expelled immediately without prior warning, and the school may seek damages.

  9. If you engage in prohibited behavior, such as entering a room of the opposite sex without permission or going out without permission, you will be removed.
