Training Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before training begins
- If you request a refund at least 4 weeks before the start of the training, you will receive a full refund (minus the 500,000 won deposit).
- If you request a refund within 4 weeks of the start of the training, you will receive a full refund minus the registration fee and deposit.
- If you request a refund within two weeks of the start of the training, you will receive a full refund of your tuition and training fees, excluding the first four weeks.
- You can only postpone your training once. (If your tuition increases due to a schedule change, the revised tuition will apply.)
- Classes must be taught within one year of the original enrollment date.
After training begins
- Enrollments of 4 weeks or less are non-refundable.
- If you request a refund within one week of the start of the course, we will refund 50% of the remaining course fee, less the first four weeks of tuition.
- If you request a refund after 1 week into the training, we'll refund 50% of the remaining training fee, less the first 4 weeks and any subsequent 4 weeks of tuition.
- If more than 50% of the training period has elapsed, no refunds are available for the remaining period.
Other refund terms (with more than 4 weeks left in the year)
- If you're dropping out for health reasons: You can extend your training period by up to one year with a doctor's note.
- Upon the death of an immediate family member: Annual leave can be deferred for up to one year (death certificate required)
- If you choose a refund instead of a deferral for any of the above reasons, the refund rules in Section 2 will apply.
Changing training programs
- You can apply for additional local classes, but changes to the core training program are not allowed.
Non-refundable items
- Voluntarily dropped out without good cause
- Requests based on local adaptation difficulties
- Minor, treatable illness or allergy
Refund process
- After we review your refund request and receive your completed refund application, your refund will be processed within one month.
- Fees incurred for international transfers are deducted before refunds are issued.
- Tuition refunds are paid to the bank account you specify through your registered company account.
A disaster or other catastrophe during the training period prevents the training from taking place.
- If you are allowed to continue your training by agreement with the local government of the Philippines The training will proceed. If the student chooses to cancel, the language school's cancellation and refund policy applies.
- If the course is canceled or the school becomes voluntarily unable to operate, you will receive a full refund for the remaining period.
