  • If a refund is requested more than 4 weeks before the start, the full amount minus the deposit will be refunded. ($300)<\/span><\/li>
  • If a refund is requested within 4 weeks of the start, the full amount minus the deposit and the first 4-week tuition will be refunded.<\/span><\/li>
  • Postponement of training is allowed only once. If tuition has increased due to the schedule change, the new tuition rate applies.<\/span> (Refer to the post-registration change policy)<\/span><\/li>

    • For registrations of 4 weeks or less, no refund is available.<\/span><\/li>
    • If a refund is requested within 1 week of the start, 50% of the remaining tuition after deducting the first 4-week tuition will be refunded.<\/span><\/li>
    • If a refund is requested after 1 week of the start, 50% of the remaining tuition after deducting the first 4-week and the next 4-week tuition will be refunded.<\/span><\/li>
    • If more than 50% of the training period has been completed, no refund of the remaining tuition is available.<\/span><\/li>
    • Local fees are refundable only for unused electricity and utility costs.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Tuition, meals, dormitory fees, airport pickup fees, registration fees, and textbook costs are non-refundable and are notified in advance.       • If a training postponement is requested due to the death of an immediate family member, it may be rescheduled within 1 year (applies only in cases of immediate family; submission of a death certificate required).<\/span><\/li>

                            • All students must strictly comply with the academy\u2019s rules, guidelines, and official announcements. Any violation may result in dismissal from the academy.<\/span><\/li>
                            • All local expenses incurred during the study period must be paid directly by the student in the Philippines, and this is considered agreed upon in advance.<\/span><\/li>
                            • All students are required to obtain travel insurance covering possible accidents, illnesses, and natural disasters during their stay in the Philippines.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Students have received accurate information regarding holidays from the registering agency and agree in advance to the total number of instructional days during the study period.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Students with any physical or mental conditions must inform the academy in advance.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Failure to disclose such conditions may result in dismissal.<\/span><\/li>
                            • All overseas bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the student.<\/span><\/li>
                            • Tuition and registration fees will be calculated based on the actual amount received by the academy.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

                              CLASS AND ATTENDANCE POLICY <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

                              • If a student is more than 10 minutes late, the class will be marked as an absence and considered concluded.<\/span><\/li>
                              • If a student is absent from the same class three (3) or more times for personal reasons (e.g., exercise, massage, outings), the class will be canceled for the remainder of the study period.<\/span><\/li>
                              • If homework is not completed three (3) or more times, the assigned teacher may refuse to conduct the class.<\/span><\/li>
                              • Class schedules cannot be changed after arrival in the Philippines. Additional classes may be arranged only on a limited basis following prior consultation.<\/span><\/li>
                              • The use of electronic devices during class hours may be restricted, even for online lectures, external educational content, or personal study purposes.<\/span><\/li>
                              • A minimum number of instructional days is guaranteed based on the study period. The first-day level test and orientation (OT) are included in the total instructional days.\u00a0 <\/span>(2 weeks: 9 days, 3 weeks: 13 days, 4 weeks: 18 days, 5 weeks: 22 days, 6 weeks: 27 days, 7 weeks: 31 days, 8 weeks: 36 days, 9 weeks: 40 days, 10 weeks: 45 days.. etc)<\/span><\/li>
                              • The following actions are subject to disciplinary warnings:<\/span><\/span>
                                • Unexcused absences or refusal to attend class<\/span><\/li>
                                • Cheating during examinations<\/li>
                                • Damage to school property during class<\/li>
                                • Disrupting class<\/li>
                                • Disrespectful behavior toward teachers or staff<\/li>

                                  • Moderate drinking is permitted within the academy. However, excessive drinking that causes disturbances, unauthorized outings, or class absences will result in dismissal. Confiscated alcohol will not be returned.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking inside dormitory rooms or indoor areas is strictly prohibited and will result in dismissal.<\/span><\/li>

                                      • Students must strictly comply with all dormitory curfew, outing, and overnight stay regulations. Any unauthorized violation will result in dismissal from the dormitory.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Assigned rooms must not be changed without prior approval from the academy.Any rearrangement of furniture, damage, defacement, or alteration is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Bringing pets into the dormitory and allowing unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.Violations will result in dismissal.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Students must securely lock their rooms when leaving.The academy is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Meals are permitted only in designated dining areas.Taking dishes or utensils into dormitory rooms three (3) or more times will result in dismissal.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • If necessary for dormitory operations (e.g., maintenance or registration adjustments), the academy may request a room change, and students are required to cooperate.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Entering another student\u2019s room is strictly prohibited. Three (3) or more violations will result in dismissal.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Entry into rooms of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate dismissal.<\/span><\/li>
                                      • Excessive noise, abusive language, disorderly conduct due to intoxication, or damage to facilities within the dormitory will be strictly disciplined. In serious cases, dismissal may be enforced at the academy\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/li>

                                        • Students may be dismissed immediately under the following circumstances<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Behavior that threatens the safety or order of the community due to emotional instability, impulsive actions, poor emotional control, or inappropriate conduct.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Serious disruption of academy order through verbal abuse, disturbances, threats, or persistent non-cooperation during classes or daily life.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Violation of alcohol-related regulations, including excessive drinking resulting in disturbances, unauthorized outings, or class absences.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Smoking inside the dormitory or indoor areas, including the use of electronic cigarettes.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Possession or use of illegal drugs.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Unauthorized entry into rooms of the opposite sex or any sexually inappropriate behavior.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Theft, property damage, physical violence, sexual harassment, or bullying.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Discriminatory or degrading language or behavior toward others, including but not limited to race, nationality, religion, or appearance.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Repeated disrespectful behavior toward teachers or staff, or continued refusal to follow instructions.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Repeated inability to adapt to academy life or cases where maintaining communal living is deemed difficult.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

                                          • If a student shows symptoms of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, the student must report immediately to the academy.<\/span><\/li>
