Early Study Abroad Preparation

Early Study Abroad Admission Preparation Process

  1. Early childhood You decide to study abroad.
  2. Get a study abroad recommendation letter from your language school/academy.
  3. Prepare the basic admission documents required for admission to a private or international school.
  4. Attend ESL classes at a language school in the Philippines for at least 2-3 months.
  5. Participate in an audit class at a private or international school in the Philippines before formal enrollment.
  6. Select a school and complete the required admissions process.
  7. You will take an entrance exam and interview, and your ESL placement will be determined based on your results.
  8. You're accepted and pay your tuition.
  9. Obtain school enrollment documents and, if applicable, a Special Study Permit (SSP).
  10. Finalize the admissions process.

Preparing Admission Documents

  1. Apostille of "vital records" (school records)

  2. An English copy of your national ID

  3. Your passport and two copies of it

  4. A notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from a parent designating a guardian in the Philippines.

Preparation Before Departure

  1. Create a passport Make two copies.

  2. We will issue one copy in English and one copy in your language, with the original to be submitted upon arrival at the school.

  3. Get an apostille for the previous year.

  4. Provide a notarized SPA document (Special Power of Attorney for Philippine Guardian).

  5. Prepare 10 photos that are 2 inches × 2 inches (5 cm × 5 cm) in size.

  6. Pack your carry-on and checked bags separately.

  7. Write your name on all personal items.

  8. Enroll in international student insurance.

  9. Prepare a math workbook, which will be determined after your consultation.

  10. Take the English Vocabulary and Patterns level test to prepare for placement tests.
