COUNSELING

Begin by speaking with an authorized BELA agency. Our friendly counselors will help you choose the program that fits your needs, explain course options, accommodation, schedules, and answer all your questions. This ensures you make an informed decision before applying.

APPLY & REGISTER

Complete the application form provided by the agency and submit the required documents. Pay the registration fee to secure your application. This step confirms your intention to join BELA and allows the school to prepare your enrollment.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Choose the date you plan to travel to the Philippines. Book your flight early to get the best rates and ensure your arrival aligns with your program start date. The agency can assist with travel recommendations if needed.

TUITION PAYMENT

Once your travel plans are confirmed, settle your tuition fee to officially secure your place at BELA. Payment can usually be made through bank transfer or agency facilitation, depending on your location.

PREPARE YOUR ESSENTIALS

Pack your essentials, including personal items, clothing, school supplies, and any required documents such as passport and visa (if applicable). Make sure to check BELA’s recommended packing list to ensure a smooth transition.

DEPARTURE & AIRPORT PICK-UP

On your departure day, head to the airport. Upon arrival in the Philippines, BELA provides a safe and convenient airport pick-up to bring you to your dormitory or accommodation. Staff will be there to greet you and help you settle in.

ARRIVAL AT BELA

Welcome to BELA! Once you arrive, you’ll complete check-in, get introduced to your accommodation and surroundings, and begin your language learning journey with our immersive programs.
