VISA

Visa requirements vary depending on the student’s nationality, purpose of stay, and length of stay in the Philippines. Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable visa and immigration requirements.

BELA E4U Academy may assist students with the preparation and processing of required documents. However, visa approval and immigration decisions are solely under the authority of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and other relevant government agencies. BELA E4U Academy does not guarantee visa approval or the approval of visa extensions.

The Utility Fee covers selected services provided during the student’s stay, including water usage, laundry, cleaning services, and other applicable facility services.

Weekday meals are also provided according to the student’s enrolled program.

Please note that weekend meals for Family Camp and Adult programs must be requested in advance. Students and families may also choose to dine outside the academy during weekends.

Electricity fees are charged separately from the Utility Fee. The electricity charge is applied fairly and consistently to all students based on the academy’s applicable electricity fee policy, including students staying in shared rooms.

The Special Study Permit (SSP) is an immigration document required for eligible foreign nationals who intend to study in the Philippines, subject to applicable Philippine immigration regulations.

The requirements, validity, and application procedures may vary depending on the student’s circumstances and the current regulations of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

BELA E4U Academy may assist students with the application process and preparation of required documents when applicable.

The E-Card is an electronic immigration identification or registration document issued in accordance with applicable Philippine immigration requirements.

The requirements for and issuance of an E-Card may depend on the student’s immigration status, length of stay, and current government regulations.

ACR I-CARD

The ACR I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card) is an official identification card issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration to eligible foreign nationals staying in the Philippines.

The card contains the holder’s personal and immigration information and serves as proof of registration with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

The requirement for an ACR I-Card depends on the student’s immigration status, length of stay, and applicable government regulations.

The BELA E4U Academy ID Card is the academy’s official student identification card.

It is issued to enrolled students as proof of enrollment and identity within the academy and may be required when accessing certain academy facilities or services.

The School Deposit is an amount collected at the beginning of the student’s or family’s program. It may be used to cover applicable expenses, outstanding balances, damages, or other charges incurred during the stay, in accordance with BELA E4U Academy’s policies.

Any remaining balance will be refunded at the end of the program after all applicable charges and obligations have been settled.

Books and learning materials are selected based on the student’s English level and enrolled course. The student’s level is determined through the placement test conducted upon arrival at BELA E4U Academy.

The number and cost of books may vary depending on the student’s program, course requirements, and English level. Applicable book fees will be charged according to the academy’s current policies.

BELA E4U Academy offers airport pick-up and drop-off services for students and families, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Students are required to provide their flight details in advance to allow proper scheduling and coordination.

Applicable fees, service coverage, and pick-up arrangements may vary depending on the airport, flight schedule, and academy policies.
